As an Influencer Talent Manager, you will manage creators' careers, help grow their audiences, negotiate brand deals, and develop content strategies using our software and your expertise.

• Manage & Scale Creators: Oversee influencer portfolios, grow their platforms, and secure brand deals.
• Talent Acquisition: Scout and sign new creators, focusing on emerging and established influencers.
• Foster Brand Relationships: Build partnerships with brands and agencies for campaigns.
• Strategic Growth: Collaborate internally to expand Grail’s talent roster.
• Autonomous & Flexible Work: Thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Ideal candidates are familiar with TikTok, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, are proactive, and can work flexible hours independently. Bonus points for experience in talent management, social media influencing, sales, or marketing agencies.
