As an Influencer Talent Manager, you will manage creators' careers, help grow their audiences, negotiate brand deals, and develop content strategies using our software and your expertise.

• Manage & Scale Creators: Oversee influencer portfolios, grow their platforms, and secure brand deals.
• Talent Acquisition: Scout and sign new creators, focusing on emerging and established influencers.
• Foster Brand Relationships: Build partnerships with brands and agencies for campaigns.
• Strategic Growth: Collaborate internally to expand Grail’s talent roster.
