They are looking for a Sales Director with experience working with small and large Fintech enterprise clients. As a Sales Director,

YOU WILL:

1. Lead large scale enterprise deals in the financial services and banking markets
2. Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to a closed deal and successful onboarding
3. Hire and motivate a driven, efficient sales team
4. Build and maintain KPIs and sales quotas for the team
5. Build realistic sales forecasts
6. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross sell
7. Create sales content, blogs, whitepapers, and presentations

YOU BRING:

1. Professional sales experience with large enterprise financial services and banking markets and clients
2. Track record of closing multi-million dollar deals
3. Rolodex of important key players in the space
4. Track record of building and motivating a sales team and growing revenue exponentially
5. Experience with payments technology
6. Familiarity with blockchain technology
7. Strong understanding of digital assets - cryptocurrencies, tokens
8. Efficient and effective communicator, public presenter, and team player
9. Experience with public speaking and media relations
10. Extremely organized, fast-paced, 'hunter' attitude
