Lumber Yard Labourer - Day Shift
Job summary
A leading building materials company in Prince George is seeking a General Labourer to perform tasks including operating lumber handling equipment and maintaining yard cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, be physically capable, and hold relevant certifications. This is a permanent full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits including health coverage and a group RRSP.

- Must have own steel-toed boots.
- Experience working in a lumber mill or lumber yard is desirable.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
Responsibilities
- Wraps, bands, labels, counts, and identifies lumber using various lumber handling equipment.
- Operates lumber handling equipment at wood stacking machinery.
- Maintains a clean and organized yard.
- Adheres to all work safety rules and regulations.
