- 4+ years in a technical customer-facing role such as Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer.
- Strong hands-on expertise in bare metal compute and server architecture.

Responsibilities
- Lead pre-sales technical discovery and architecture design for customer workloads.
- Act as the technical compute specialist embedded into Megaport Sales Pods.
- Support customers through evaluations, pilots, and onboarding with hands-on technical guidance.
