- Under the direction of the Manager of Digital Technologies for Aftermarket, this role is essential for designing new solutions in the Aftermarket domains (Customer Applications, Mobility, Customer Support).

Your Daily Responsibilities
- Work within multidisciplinary teams comprising architects (Data, Enterprise, Software, Solution, Infrastructure, Cyber, Mobile, Cloud), solution experts (MD Dynamics CRM, SAP, Enovia), and project managers.
- Lead the design, planning, delivery, and management of solutions, providing guidance on development options and cost estimations.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise governance and policies, demonstrating their effectiveness in fulfilling business requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve web and mobile applications using best practices.
- Understand system integrations (SAP, CRM, Enovia, Data Lake, Cloud) and leverage them in solutions.
- Participate in initiatives to enhance processes and tools related to DEVSECOPS (CI/CD, automated testing, quality assurance, security, microservices).
- Occasionally support production during incidents.
Qualifications for Success
- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field, or equivalent of 10 years recent experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development, including a minimum of 3 years in system integration and DEVSECOPS tools.
- Knowledge of architectural concepts, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Optional: TOGAF certification, experience with SAP/MS Dynamics CRM, mobility technologies.
