• Under the direction of the Manager of Digital Technologies for Aftermarket, this role is essential for designing new solutions in the Aftermarket domains (Customer Applications, Mobility, Customer Support).

• The position is on-site at our Longueuil offices.

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Work within multidisciplinary teams comprising architects (Data, Enterprise, Software, Solution, Infrastructure, Cyber, Mobile, Cloud), solution experts (MD Dynamics CRM, SAP, Enovia), and project managers.
• Lead the design, planning, delivery, and management of solutions, providing guidance on development options and cost estimations.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise governance and policies, demonstrating their effectiveness in fulfilling business requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve web and mobile applications using best practices.
• Understand system integrations (SAP, CRM, Enovia, Data Lake, Cloud) and leverage them in solutions.
• Participate in initiatives to enhance processes and tools related to DEVSECOPS (CI/CD, automated testing, quality assurance, security, microservices).
• Occasionally support production during incidents.

Qualifications for Success

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field, or equivalent of 10 years recent experience.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development, including a minimum of 3 years in system integration and DEVSECOPS tools.
• Knowledge of architectural concepts, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Optional: TOGAF certification, experience with SAP/MS Dynamics CRM, mobility technologies.
