As an enterprise solutions architect, you will lead and support EA activities that guide the development and management of solutions across the enterprise. Solutions include projects, systems (applications, technologies, processes, information), shared infrastructure services, and shared application services. You will understand business goals, objectives, and outcomes, as well as business capabilities, value streams, and processes, and their importance in solution architecture. Your role involves providing leadership, analysis, and design tasks to develop technology solutions that meet business needs and align with architectural standards. You will create deliverables to manage the organization's portfolio of current and future solutions, including applications, processes, information, technology, and shared services, to enable targeted business outcomes.

Your Experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience
- At least 8 years in IT solution development, focusing on business and application architecture
- Experience with architecture blueprints, strategies, and roadmaps
- Experience presenting to executives and technical teams
- Knowledge of architecture domains like integration, network, security
- Understanding of SDLC methodologies and ITSM/ITIL frameworks
- Familiarity with architecture frameworks like TOGAF
- Knowledge of modeling languages such as BPMN and ArchiMate
- Experience with enterprise architecture tools and repositories
