Your New Role

As a Director of Project Management, you will:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and architects, to ensure seamless project integration and alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct site evaluations and feasibility studies to inform project planning and decision-making, ensuring compliance with applicable building codes and accessibility standards.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, providing clear communication and updates to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and standards within the team.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

To thrive as a Director of Project Management, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project and other relevant tools.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
