Title: Google + Microsoft Ads Manager (Growth Lead Track)

Location: Remote

Status: Full-Time

Start: 2–4 weeks (or sooner if you’re the real deal)

• Build, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across :
• Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube where relevant)
• Microsoft Ads (Search + Audience Network when it makes sense)
• Own performance outcomes : ROAS, CPL, CAC, MQL→SQL quality, booked calls, revenue

• Audit landing pages, lead flow, tracking, and conversion paths
• Use GA4, GTM, call tracking, CRM data, heatmaps, and dashboards to find :
• leaks
• drop-offs
• fake conversions
• and “why is this lead trash?” moments

You don’t need to be a developer, but you do need to already speak the language :

• Use (and improve) automation systems with tools like :
• Make.com, Zapier, GoHighLevel, ChatGPT
• Automate :
• reporting
• pacing alerts
• QA checks
• creative / copy iteration
• internal handoffs
• So you spend time optimizing , not playing spreadsheet whack‑a‑mole.

• Document processes and turn wins into repeatable playbooks
• Help hire + train junior buyers / assistants
• Lead through delegation, coaching, and accountability
• (If “leadership” to you means “I’ll just do it myself,” we’ll lovingly escort you back to the internet.)

• You have real experience managing Google + Microsoft Ads
• You understand :
• match type strategy
• query sculpting
• negative keyword hygiene
• conversion tracking realities (not fairy tales)
• budget allocation based on marginal returns
• You can explain why something worked, not just that it worked.

• You test, iterate, and measure like your rent depends on it
• You make decisions using :
• data
• business context
• and common sense (rare, but we still believe)

• You actively use AI tools to speed up :
• ad copy
• landing page iteration ideas
• keyword research
• script drafting
• analysis and reporting narratives
• You’re always looking for “how do we do this faster without getting dumber?”

You don’t ship sloppy work and call it “version one.”

You own outcomes, not excuses.
