- Projetar, estender e implementar APIs.
- Garantir a qualidade de engenharia por meio de revisões de código e testes.
- Criar eficiências por meio da automação e desenvolvimento de ferramentas.
- Definir processos de engenharia para lançamentos de produtos.
- Ajudar no crescimento da equipe de engenharia conduzindo entrevistas técnicas.

- Architect Bandit backend systems using the best practice.
- Implement and iterate features in a tactical manner and rapid pace.
- Work collaboratively and efficiently across‑functional teams in a fast‑paced early‑stage startup environment.
- Design, extend, and implement APIs.
- High standard of engineering quality through code reviews, unit tests, analytics.
- Create engineering efficiencies through automation and development of tools.
- Define engineering processes for product launch and releases.
- Help us grow the world class engineering team by running technical interviews.
- 5+ years of experience in Node.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL Databases.
- Experience with Microservices and the Cloud.
- Advanced algorithm knowledge.
- IT infrastructure knowledge.
- Intermediate agile methodologies management.
- Strong understanding of best practices, SOLID principles, CLEAN Code, and scalable solutions.
- Design Patterns knowledge.
- Experience developing entire applications from scratch.
- Experience in automated tests, CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong experience with Version control.
- Advanced English level.
