The Skilled Operator is considered a basic level of operational role, performing routine processes in production. They operate equipment and machinery that require proficiency, acquired through on-the-job and specialized training.
Knowledge of materials, equipment, and tools is essential, and gaining experience and skills takes time and effort.
The activities involve a significant portion of routine work, performed based on training and experience, with assistance from Multi-Skilled Operators, Supervisors, or Team Leaders when necessary.
