The Associate Technical Course Developer uses curriculum, lab, and video development processes to support the development of materials to be used in a variety of training delivery methods, including instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, self-paced, video, and blended training solutions. This position will focus on the full Docusign product suite including our eSignature and CLM curricula. You will review and test training for a variety of roles including product administrators, end users, implementers, workflow developers, architects, API developers, and AI specialists. You should be comfortable taking direction from management and senior course developers to support all levels of technical audiences and working with content that is translated into multiple languages. The Associate Technical Course Developer learns and follows defined development processes, uses development tools to complete tasks, updates training materials for existing classroom and online courses, tests and troubleshoots course activities, and contributes to the evolution of our course development processes.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Manager, Technical Course Development.
