- Develop and implement effective social media marketing plans for the brand and its services
- Create unique and engaging content including short-form videos and visual content for platforms like Instagram TikTok and YouTube
- Use cameras and smartphones professionally to shoot high-quality content
- Handle video editing and post-production to ensure polished outputs
- Build and maintain strong online community engagement through timely posts interactions and campaigns
- Plan and execute promotional strategies to support products and seasonal campaigns
- Conduct market research analyze trends and report on performance metrics
- Design and manage customer retention strategies through digital channels
- Recruit train and manage junior marketing staff and content creators when required
