A leading company in the fragrance sector is seeking a Business Development Manager in Abu Dhabi. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the UAE fragrance industry. Key Responsibilities
  • Business Growth & Strategy:Develop and execute strategic business plans to identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities. Focus on B2B clients, including hotels, corporate offices, retail chains, and luxury establishments.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:Actively generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business.
  • Product Expertise & Custom Solutions:Gain in-depth knowledge of our fragrance portfolio, with a focus on scent diffusers, essential oils, and ambient fragrancing solutions. Develop tailored fragrance proposals and presentations that align with clients' branding and commercial objectives.
  • Market Analysis & Intelligence:Conduct continuous market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences in the fragrance and home/commercial scent market. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and generate leads.
  • Sales & Financial Management:Negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, and pricing to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
  • Project Coordination:Collaborate with the operations, logistics, and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution, from initial client brief to final installation and after-sales service.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven business development or sales experience in the UAE.
  • Direct experience in the fragrance industry, or a related sector such as luxury goods, hospitality, or B2B sales to hotels and corporate clients, is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE business landscape and a network of potential clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A passion for fragrances and an understanding of their role in creating brand identity.
  • A valid UAE driver's license is required
