Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth across our freight forwarding services. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge an established customer base and the ability to develop new business opportunities in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business by promoting end-to-end freight forwarding solutions.
  • Manage Ocean Freight sales (Export Import and Cross‑Trade) for FCL & LCL.
  • Lead Air Freight sales (Export Import and Cross‑Trade).
  • Promote Warehousing Distribution Customs Clearance and Transportation services.
  • Handle Break Bulk and ODC shipment requirements.
  • Grow revenue through client retention and acquisition of new customers.
  • Maintain proactive client relationships ensuring timely rate renewals, follow‑ups and payment collection.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop strategies for business expansion.
Requirements
  • Minimum 45 years of experience in freight forwarding sales or business development (Air & Sea).
  • Strong customer network in the UAE/GCC freight forwarding market.
  • Deep understanding of logistics operations and freight industry services.
  • Valid driving license is mandatory.

Required Skills
