A global well-being company located in Dubai is seeking a Key Account Manager to handle client accounts primarily within the pharmacy and speciality sectors. This role requires building and maintaining strong client relationships, implementing sales strategies, and managing inventory levels. Candidates must demonstrate excellent decision-making, negotiation, and team management skills. Responsible for handling the client accounts within the pharmacy and speciality sectors that make up the highest percentage of company income. The key account manager must build and maintain a strong relationship with the client, act as the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client’s needs, manage returns receivables and enhance secondary sales and sellout, and work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met and help the client succeed. The key account manager will also bring in new business from existing clients or contacts and develop new relationships with potential clients.
