  • Business Development – BD Officer

      • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the facility management sector, including hard and soft FM services.
      • Generate leads, prospect new clients, and secure contracts for facility management services.
      • Develop and execute strategic sales and business growth plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
      • Prepare and present customized proposals, bids, and tenders to potential clients.
      • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements while ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.
      • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and conversion rate to support business growth.
    • Market Research & Competitive Analysis
      • Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business trends, emerging technologies, and client demands in the facility management industry.
      • Analyze competitor offerings, service standards, and pricing strategies to position the company competitively.
      • Monitor industry regulations, market developments, and economic trends that may impact business opportunities.

    • Client Relationship Management

      • Ensure timely submission of tenders, track bid progress, and follow up on potential contract awards.
      • Establish relationships with procurement departments of potential clients to improve tender success rates.
    • Brand Development & Networking
      • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and business networking events.
