The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple contracting projects, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with strategic objectives. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong contracting experience who can drive operational excellence, optimize resource utilization, and support the successful delivery of civil, infrastructure, and luxury residential developments.

• Lead and manage overall project operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities to achieve performance targets.
• Drive operational efficiency through process improvements and best practices.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor progress against schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Resolve operational challenges promptly to avoid delays and cost overruns.

• Ensure adherence to UAE regulations, company policies, and international standards.
• Implement transparent reporting and documentation in line with governance frameworks.
• Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.

• Optimize allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials across projects.
• Monitor KPIs and operational performance, recommending corrective actions where necessary.
• Support value engineering initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Build and lead a high-performing operations team, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Provide mentorship and career development opportunities for operations staff.

• Proven track record in senior operations management roles within contracting, construction, or infrastructure organizations.
• Strong expertise in project delivery, resource management, and operational efficiency.
• Excellent knowledge of UAE market dynamics, construction practices, and international standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment with a focus on financial discipline and transparency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration; Master’s degree or professional certification preferred.
