About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our USA warehouses to lead and oversee all company warehouse operations across the United States. This role is critical in driving operational excellence, productivity, safety, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced automotive logistics environment.
The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with strong operational, people management, and analytical skills, capable of managing multiple warehouse locations while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all U.S. warehouse operations specializing in vehicle storage and processing.
- Optimize warehouse layouts to maximize space utilization and operational flow.
- Ensure safe handling, storage, and loading of vehicles with minimal damage (target <= 1% per warehouse).
- Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly operational plans.
- Establish, monitor, and report warehouse KPIs (productivity, cycle time, damage rate, inventory accuracy).
- Supervise warehouse managers, supervisors, and operational teams.
- Enforce safety standards, SOPs, and compliance with U.S. federal and local regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, digitalization, and process optimization.
- Manage transportation coordination, loading/unloading efficiency, and trucking costs.
- Lead investigations and dispute resolution related to vehicle damage claims.
- Control operating costs and negotiate with vendors, transporters, and labor providers.
- Prepare performance and operational reports for senior management.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
- 8+ years of warehouse and logistics management experience (automotive experience is a strong plus).
- Proven experience managing multiple warehouse locations.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws, OSHA standards, and transportation regulations.
- Hands‑on experience with WMS, barcode systems, and operational data analysis.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑accountability environment.
- Willingness to travel between warehouse locations as required.
