We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Arabic Speaking Hospital Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate the daily operational activities of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient hospital operations, high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and optimal use of resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hospital operations to ensure efficiency and quality service delivery
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and performance standards
• Coordinate departmental activities including clinical, administrative, and support services
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and safety protocols
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate department heads and operational staff
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports for senior management
• Manage patient flow, capacity planning, and service improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master’s degree preferred
