Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, coupled with extensive experience in operations management, particularly within hospitality projects. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in operations management, including 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience with maintenance and facilities management in hospitality projects.
• Strong technical knowledge in utilities and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage the facilities and operations within the assigned portfolio.
• Deliver the Facilities Management strategy and ensure contractual commitments are met.
• Monitor service delivery performance and lead the evaluation of suppliers’ performance.
• Establish strong customer relationships and manage expectations.
