Job summary
A leading global hospitality company located in Sharjah is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie. In this role, you will prepare high-quality dishes and ensure all cooking and hygiene standards are met. You will also assist in cost control and provide training to other team members. The ideal candidate possesses a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate, knowledge of HACCP practices, and a passion for culinary excellence. Join a dedicated team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Must have a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Must possess good communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must have full knowledge of HACCP and food hygiene practices.
- Knowledge of classical culinary skills and current trends.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high quality dishes within company guidelines.
- Ensure all kitchen areas are clean and comply with hygiene regulations.
- Maintain personal hygiene according to Hilton grooming standards.
- Assist with food cost control and department standards.
- Work clean and organized following HACCP regulations.
