COMPANIUM Hospitality is supporting a leading group in the leisure and entertainment sector in the GCC in the recruitment of their next Director of Marketing, to be based at corporate level.
This newly opened position is part of a broader strategic vision to elevate brand performance, drive commercial results, and reinforce the groups position as a major player in the region's entertainment and lifestyle ecosystem.
As Director of Marketing, you will lead the strategic execution of marketing and communications across the groups portfolio of leisure destinations and entertainment venues.
Your mission will be to deliver strong brand visibility, guest engagement, and revenue growth through integrated campaigns (B2C and B2B), digital platforms, and media activations. This role reports directly to the SVP of Marketing and manages a team of asset-level marketing managers.
Design and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned with business goals
Oversee all brand touchpoints and ensure consistency across physical and digital channels
Manage and optimize 360° campaigns: digital, media buying, influencer marketing, traditional media
Supervise content creation, asset production, and campaign performance tracking
Drive digital marketing excellence (SEO/SEM, analytics, social, CRM)
Work closely with commercial, operations, and guest experience teams to maximize impact
Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability
15+ years of experience in integrated marketing, including brand, digital, media, and events
Strong background in leisure, hospitality, theme parks, retail, or lifestyle entertainment
Proven leadership at corporate or group level, managing teams and agencies
Business-oriented, analytical mindset with excellent communication skills
Experience in the GCC or international exposure in similar fast-paced environments is a plus
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus but not required
