If you are passionate about generating new business opportunities and supporting the sales process from start to finish, we are looking for you! DiXiO is hiring a Senior Sales Specialist.

In this role, you will work closely with a Business Development (BD) executive to drive deal generation and support the closing phase of the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and create new business opportunities, while also nurturing and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Gather and analyze market data to identify potential clients and projects, ensuring alignment with DiXiO’s strategic goals.
  • Monitor and assess market changes, competition, and client needs to effectively target opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and governmental authorities.
  • Assist the BD in preparing proposals, contracts, and negotiation strategies, while actively participating in the follow-up phase to ensure successful deal closures.
  • Conduct simple primary calls and follow-up calls independently, without requiring support from the BD.
  • Work with DiXiO teams to coordinate submissions, approvals, and payments.
  • Undertake research to explore new growth markets and contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies, in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Specialist.
Qualifications
  • Ambitious, curious, innovative, and a team player.
  • Autonomous with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • 2 – 5 years of experience in a B2B environment, preferably in sales or business development, in Fintech field.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and fluent in English.
