You will take ownership of all marketing channels, including SEO, paid media, content, email, and website optimization, driving lead generation, revenue growth, and long‑term brand strength. The position requires both big‑picture strategy and day‑to‑day execution in a fast‑moving, startup‑like environment. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, analyzing performance data, testing new growth channels, and building scalable marketing processes. Accountabilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage end‑to‑end marketing strategies across all channels (SEO, paid media, content, email, website, and performance marketing).

  • Lead campaign execution, including channel optimization, testing, and performance analysis, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience insights to inform strategy and messaging.

Requirements
  • 6–10+ years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing, preferably in a startup or remote‑first environment.
  • Hands‑on experience with SEO, paid media (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads), website optimization, and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using Google Analytics/GA4 and other measurement tools to drive data‑informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and marketing projects in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating across teams and presenting insights clearly.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for building and scaling marketing systems over time.
  • Experience with email marketing, CRO, and U.S.-focused campaigns is a plus.
