Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Agriculture Nursery Manager to lead and optimize their 10 hectare nursery that acts as the backbone of the urban landscaping company in the UAE.
- Supervise and coordinate all nursery operations including planting, propagation, fertilization, irrigation, pruning and transplanting.
- Monitor plant health and implement pest and disease control measures.
- Train, guide and supervise nursery staff and workers.
- Maintain records of plant production, inventory and sales (if applicable).
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of agricultural tools, equipment and irrigation systems.
- Implement best practices in sustainable nursery management.
- Plan production schedules to meet demand requirements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
- Prepare reports and updates for management regarding nursery performance.
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in nursery, plantation or farm management.
- Experience with landscaping projects in the UAE.
