• Experience in Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare detailed project budgets, cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment, and provide accurate monthly forecasts.
• Expertise in Cost Monitoring & Analysis: Track project expenditures against budgets, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Familiar with Change Management: Review and manage project scope changes, variations, and change orders to ensure budgets remain aligned.
• Knowledge of Reporting: Prepare comprehensive cost-control reports and project updates for management review.
• Have exposure with Contractual & Financial Control: Review vendor invoices and subcontractor claims to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and finance teams to optimize project profitability.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in cost control, estimation, and forecasting, preferably in construction or engineering industries.
• Proficient in cost‑tracking software (e.g., MS Excel, ERP systems); familiarity with Odoo & Xpedeon is a significant advantage.
• Strong numerical aptitude with the ability to identify financial risks and cost‑saving opportunities.
