Career Pro Recruitment Agency in the UAE is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager for one of its clients. The ideal candidate will lead digital strategy drive measurable growth across paid and organic channels and work closely with internal stakeholders to strengthen brand presence and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and own the digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals

  • Plan execute and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads Meta LinkedIn TikTok (as relevant)

  • Manage SEO strategy (technical on-page and content) to improve rankings and organic traffic

  • Oversee social media strategy community growth and content performance

  • Lead email marketing automation segmentation and lifecycle campaigns

  • Track and report on KPIs (CAC ROAS CPL conversion rate retention traffic growth)

  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate spend based on performance insights

  • Coordinate with creative/content teams and external agencies for campaign assets

  • Improve website performance with CRO initiatives (A/B tests landing pages funnels)

  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints

  • Monitor market trends competitor activity and new channel opportunities

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field

  • 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (UAE/GCC experience is a plus)

  • Strong knowledge of paid media SEO analytics and conversion optimization

  • Proficiency in GA4 Google Tag Manager Search Console Meta Business Manager and reporting dashboards

  • Experience with CRM/email tools (HubSpot Salesforce Zoho Mailchimp etc.)

  • Solid understanding of content strategy and social media performance metrics

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines with a structured approach

  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
  • Experience in e-commerce real estate healthcare hospitality or B2B lead generation (depending on client sector)

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)

  • Experience with marketing automation and lead nurturing workflows
