Job Title: Sales Manager - Digital Media
Experience Level: Minimum 5 Years
Job Type: Full-Time
About Us
One of our clients, a leading digital media company based in Dubai, is looking for a driven and experienced Digital Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and grow market share.
- Identify, pitch, and close business deals with digital agencies, brands, and direct clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sales account management.
- Present and promote digital media products (e.g., display ads, branded content, social media campaigns, influencer marketing, video ads, and programmatic solutions).
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure successful campaign execution and reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, media buyers, and decision-makers.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital sales, media sales, or advertising, preferably within the UAE or MENA region.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising formats, audience targeting, and performance metrics.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong network of contacts in media agencies and direct brand clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics platforms is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
