Qualifications

  • 35 years hard core sales experience.
  • Experience in a segmented service industry air express industry or freight forward industry highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Arabic is a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador for DHL at all times.
  • Build and maintain professional rapport with all customers.
  • Manage customer-related information in sales systems.
  • Promote DHL brand image and values.
  • Review customer prices regularly and renegotiate as necessary.
  • Monitor customer performance and satisfaction.
