Job Purpose:
The SVP of Sales will lead and manage the sales function across all retail banking branches and distribution channels. This pivotal role focuses on driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets for all retail products and customer segments, and enhancing both customer acquisition and retention. The SVP will oversee sales operations across all channels, providing strategic direction and leadership to meet organizational goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
Experience:
10-12 years in Retail Banking, with at least 5 years in senior sales leadership.
