We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Arabic Speaking Hospital Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate the daily operational activities of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient hospital operations, high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and optimal use of resources.
- Oversee day-to-day hospital operations to ensure efficiency and quality service delivery
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and performance standards
- Coordinate departmental activities including clinical, administrative, and support services
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and safety protocols
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate department heads and operational staff
- Analyze operational data and prepare reports for senior management
- Manage patient flow, capacity planning, and service improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 6-8 years’ experience in hospital or healthcare operations management
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and hospital workflows
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
