Job summary
A luxury hospitality brand in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Sales & Marketing Administrator. The role involves preparing documents, coordinating trips, managing communications, and providing administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Director. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and 18 months of experience in sales and marketing within a luxury brand, with fluency in English essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required from an accredited university.
- Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- At least 18 months of experience in sales and marketing within luxury hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Prepare all administration documents required by the Sales & Marketing Team - MICE.
- Coordinate all Fam Trips and Site Inspections.
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Attend to Sales & Marketing Department mail and maintain a correspondence database.
- Assist with direct mail campaigns and manage the database.
- Organize Trade Shows and exhibitions, and handle travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of sales trips and new products/services.

- Prepare all administration documents required by the Sales & MarketingTeam - MICE
- Coordinate all Fam Trips and Site Inspections as required
- Providing administrative support to the Director Sales & Marketing in the preparation of month-end reports, processing invoices and responsible for various general office-related tasks as required.
- Attend to all Sales & Marketing Department mail and maintain a correspondence database
- Assist with direct mail campaigns
- Maintenance and management of database
- Organize Trade Shows, functions and exhibitions where applicable and advised by Superiors and carry out travel arrangements
- Assisting in the preparation of sales trips including coordination of sales kits, gifts and travel arrangements
- Assist with the preparation of new products and services
- Work in line with business needs
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, Economics and/or Marketing or equivalent from an accredited and renowned University.
- Fluency in English - spoken and written is a must, additional language is a plus
- Minimum eighteen (18) months of sales and marketing experience, with an international luxury hospitality brand/company.
