Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective leads from provided databases or inbound inquiries.
- Pitch Forex products trading services and education / training programs to potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable plans or services.
- Maintain strong follow-up and convert leads into active clients or enrolled students.
- Build and manage long-term business relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to achieve targets.
- Maintain call records sales reports and CRM updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 03 years in Telecalling Inside Sales Telesales or Business Development (Forex / Financial / Education sector experience preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a bonus).
- Basic understanding of Forex Trading or Education industry is an advantage.
- Target-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
