Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Executive to promote our company’s products and services, build long‑term client relationships, and meet sales targets in Al Ain, UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B and B2C sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Coordinate with internal departments (operations, accounts, logistics) for smooth order execution.
- Track and report sales performance, leads, and pipeline progress.
- Stay updated with competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the brand.
- Provide after‑sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the UAE (automotive, contracting, trading, or related industry preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, and able to work under pressure.
