Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the secondary sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and motivate real estate agents focused on secondary market transactions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand company market share in resale and leasing.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to ensure agent productivity.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market trends, communities, and developers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and professional follow-up.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective campaigns that drive listings and buyer leads.
- Oversee negotiations, deal closing, and documentation processes in line with RERA and company policies.
- Ensure all agents adhere to the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA compliance standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market, preferably in secondary sales.
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Valid UAE Driving License and own car.
- RERA Certification is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
