The Brand Representative is highly engaged and provides excellent customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs. They are outgoing, stylish, helpful, approachable, and warm. They initiate conversations and connect with customers in a genuine and articulate manner, ensuring the customer is always the priority. They demonstrate confident, relatable, and highly social behaviors on the sales floor that help close sales.
