We’re on the lookout for an energetic and enthusiastic Senior Sales Engineer to join our Modernization business based in our Abu Dhabi office. This role offers the opportunity to take the lead in building long‑term value‑driven relationships with key customers both new and existing.

As a trusted partner to our clients you’ll play a critical role in identifying solutions that drive results for them and KONE. You’ll manage the entire sales process from identifying opportunities to closing deals ensuring high customer satisfaction while also contributing to the company’s success.

What You’ll Be Doing :
  • Lead strategic and local customer relationships with a strong focus on partnership and value creation.
  • Identify opportunities for modernization and propose tailored solutions that enhance building performance and customer experience.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
What We’re Looking For :
  • Strong customer‑first mindset; proactive, analytical and passionate about delivering results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in complex sales business development or key account management, ideally within a technical or engineering‑focused industry.
  • Proven track record of handling strategic key accounts and delivering commercial success.
  • Strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • A natural relationship builder who thrives on collaboration and influence.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • UAE market experience is highly desirable.
