Job Description
Core Responsibilities
  • Reviewing sales reports and analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Overseeing and guiding the performance of multiple channel partners selling loans and cards.
  • Support manager in obtaining approvals from internal stakeholders, senior management, joint committee and onboarding new vendor partners in line with banks strategy.
  • Ensure contracts are up to date by working with vendor partners and vendor management team
  • Ensure the sales team is adequately trained monthly on the banks products, policies, services and selling techniques.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to optimize loan and card sales.
  • Work with the product team & drive sales across vendor partners on Islamic cards
  • Introduce rewards and recognition for sales staff across vendors to improve performance
  • Conduct mystery shopping across vendors at kiosk activities, to ensure quality sourcing
  • Collaborate with Credit, Product, Policy, and Contact Centre to ensure alignment
  • Prepare monthly reports to management on channels performance, potential risk, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work on SOP for cards and loans in line with bank requirements.
  • Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices.
  • Work with channel partners to improve customer experience, staff productivity and satisfaction with loan and card products.
