We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Talent Development & Training Specialist to join our dynamic organization. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and evaluate learning and development initiatives that enhance employee skills, support career growth, and align with the organization’s strategic objectives. This role plays a key part in fostering a culture of continuous learning and driving workforce capability across all departments.

• Workforce Planning: Identify staffing needs with department heads and forecast annual recruitment requirements.
• Talent Sourcing: Prepare job ads, maintain employer branding, and source candidates through job boards, referrals, and career events.
• Selection & Hiring: Screen and interview candidates, coordinate assessments, manage offers, and handle background checks.
• Onboarding: Prepare contracts, process visas, and ensure a smooth orientation and induction for new hires.
• Compliance & Records: Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure all recruitment activities meet labor laws and internal policies.
• Reporting & Improvement: Track recruitment metrics, prepare status reports, and recommend process enhancements.
