A Solution Architect specializing in Business Intelligence (BI) Platforms & Automation plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust BI solutions that enable organizations to harness their data effectively. This position involves leading the architecture and delivery of solutions that are designed to meet current and future business needs. The role requires an expert understanding of BI tools and automation technologies, allowing the organization to optimize data flows, improve decision-making processes, and enhance overall business performance. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, technical acumen, and the ability to design solutions that integrate with existing technologies. As a Solution Architect, you will work closely with various stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure the successful execution of projects within scope and budget.

• Lead the design and implementation of BI solutions that meet business objectives and requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze business needs and technical requirements.
• Develop architectural blueprints for data solutions that include performance and scalability considerations.
• Ensure BI platforms and automation tools are aligned with organizational goals and technology strategies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams during solution implementation phases.
• Continuously evaluate and integrate new technologies and methodologies to improve data processes.
• Facilitate the migration and integration of legacy systems into modern BI platforms.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for stakeholders, including architecture and design specifications.
• Conduct regular performance audits and optimize BI solutions for better efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure data security and compliance standards are consistently upheld across all solutions.
• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to validate new BI and automation technologies and solutions.
• Develop training materials and provide training sessions for users and stakeholders on BI tools and solutions.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BI and data management roles or similar positions.
• Proven expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Strong experience in developing strategies for data integration, data quality, and data management.
• Proficiency in automation tools and technologies that enhance BI capabilities and workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex BI projects from inception to completion.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
