The role involves driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and executing sales strategies. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, along with 4 years of B2B sales experience preferably in HR consultancy. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential. A valid UAE driving license is required.

We are seeking a resultsdriven B2B Sales & BD Manager to drive sales growth in our HR and technology solutions division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies acquiring new business and nurturing client relationships to ensure continued success and growth
- Achieve assigned sales targets with a thorough competitors analysis strong product knowledge identification of target markets and demand analysis.
- Assist with client onboarding collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth adoption of our products.
- Provide feedback from clients to internal teams in a systematic way and assist internal teams to develop and deliver customercentric solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and new clients ensuring full adoption of our solution.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
- 4 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in HR consultancy or related industries in UAE
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
