Job summary
A leading hospitality group in the UAE is seeking a Barista & Head Barista. This role involves preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, providing excellent service, and leading the coffee program. The ideal candidate has proven barista experience and, for the Head Barista position, at least 2 years in a leadership role. This opportunity offers a dynamic work environment across multiple locations like Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barista, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- For Head Barista: 2+ years of leadership experience in coffee preparation.
- Ability to efficiently manage work during peak hours.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and beverages.
- Maintain the coffee station's cleanliness and stock levels.
- Provide friendly and engaging service.
- Develop new drink recipes and train junior baristas.

(Head Barista): In addition to barista duties, lead the coffee program, train junior baristas, maintain equipment, and ensure consistent quality and innovation in beverages.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks (espresso, pour-over, etc.) and other beverages.
- Maintain the coffee station, ensuring cleanliness and stock levels.
- Provide friendly and engaging service.
- (Head Barista Specific): Develop new drink recipes, train staff on coffee techniques, manage inventory of coffee beans/supplies, and calibrate equipment.
- Proven experience as a Barista. For Head Barista: 2+ years in a lead role.
- Extensive knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and latte art.
- Ability to work efficiently during peak hours.
- For Head Barista: Strong training and leadership skills.
