Coachable, emotionally intelligent, and financially driven
- Minimum 3 years of high-volume B2C sales experience (100+ leads / day, 30+ monthly conversions)
- Background in hospitality, tourism, visa, immigration, or insurance industries
- Proven record as a top 10% performer or consistent high achiever
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and CRM discipline
- Fluent in English; Arabic, Tagalog, or Russian is a strong advantage
- UAE-based experience is mandatory
