Job summary

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to manage payroll processing support limited general contractor (GC) responsibilities and assist in income-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be experienced in financial processes and eager to contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
  • Maintain payroll records, prepare reports, and handle payroll-related queries.
  • Assist with onboarding and documentation of subcontractors including compliance verification, handling of foreign currency transactions, and limited GC-related administrative duties.
  • Support income tracking including coordinating with internal teams on receivables deposits and cash flow entries.
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and assist in month-end closings.
  • Monitor financial transactions and accounting data in relevant systems.
  • Prepare and assist with daily, weekly, and monthly income reports.
  • Support audits and ensure adherence to financial and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in payroll processing or general accounting support.
  • Familiarity with general contractor administration and subcontractor compliance (preferred but not required).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll/accounting software.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
