Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Coordinator or equivalent in hospitality.
• Strong understanding of group business dynamics (MICE, Corporate Leisure).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with hotel sales systems.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and manage group business across MICE and Corporate Leisure segments.
• Identify new business opportunities through sales calls and networking.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Conduct regular client visits and site inspections.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
