We are a fast-growing international food company specialized in dried fruits and natural fruit-based snacking, supplying major international retailers. With operations across the USA, Germany, North Africa, and the Middle East, we are expanding our presence in the GCC and Asia and launching exciting new products.

We’re looking for a dynamic, hands‑on professional to join our Dubai team and help manage sourcing, logistics, and business development across the region.

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers across KSA, UAE, and the wider GCC.
• Manage procurement, shipment schedules, and export documentation for global deliveries.
• Oversee coordination between suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouses.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with international standards.

• Develop sales opportunities in new territories.
• Build relationships with importers, distributors, and retailers.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, offers, and sample shipments.
• Conduct market research and track competitors.

• Support the creation and launch of a new brand from scratch.
• Source raw materials, packaging suppliers, and co-packers.
• Assist in testing, labeling, and product certification.
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to execute the brand’s go‑to‑market strategy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Based in Dubai with valid UAE residency or work permit.
