Motivate Media Group, the region’s leading multi‑platform content producer, is expanding its Abu Dhabi team and looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive commercial growth for What’s On Abu Dhabi, the UAE’s most trusted lifestyle and entertainment brand.

We are looking for an ambitious, proactive, and relationship‑driven professional who can identify, develop, and close commercial opportunities across print, digital, social, and event platforms. If you have a strategic mindset, strong client networks, and a passion for media and lifestyle content this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead advertising and sponsorship sales across What’s On Abu Dhabi’s multi‑platform portfolio.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and manage relationships with key clients, agencies, and partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across lifestyle, hospitality, entertainment, and tourism sectors.
  • Create tailored media and content solutions that meet client marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with editorial, marketing, and events teams to deliver integrated brand campaigns.
  • Track performance, manage renewals, and ensure client satisfaction for long‑term partnerships.
