Job summary
A luxury hospitality brand is seeking an Administrative Support role in Ras Al Khaimah. This position involves preparing administration documents for the Sales & Marketing Team and coordinating various marketing activities. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 18 months of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry, alongside fluency in English.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, economics and/or marketing from an accredited university.
- Fluency in English – spoken and written is a must; additional language is a plus.
- Minimum eighteen (18) months of sales and marketing experience with an international luxury hospitality brand/company.
Responsibilities
- Prepare all administration documents required by the Sales & Marketing Team.
- Coordinate all Fam Trips and Site Inspections.
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Attend to all Sales & Marketing Department mail.
- Assist with direct mail campaigns.
- Maintenance and management of database.
- Organize Trade Shows, functions, and exhibitions.
- Assist with the preparation of sales trips.
- Assist with the preparation of new products and services.
Job Description
- Prepare all administration documents required by the Sales & Marketing Team - MICE
- Coordinate all Fam Trips and Site Inspections as required
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Sales & Marketing in the preparation of month-end reports, processing invoices and various general office-related tasks as required
- Attend to all Sales & Marketing Department mail and maintain a correspondence database
- Assist with direct mail campaigns
- Maintenance and management of database
- Organize Trade Shows, functions and exhibitions where applicable and advised by superiors, and carry out travel arrangements
- Assist with the preparation of sales trips including coordination of sales kits, gifts and travel arrangements
- Assist with the preparation of new products and services
- Work in line with business needs
Qualifications
