Responsibilities
- Managing existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Supporting sales strategies and achieving commercial targets.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the UAE private sector.
- Preparing proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
- Coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
- Staying informed on product offerings and regulatory developments.
- Representing the platform at industry events and client meetings.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or client service within financial services or investment platforms.
- Proven success in managing institutional or government client accounts.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE financial services and workplace benefits landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in supporting sales processes and working cross‑functionally.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CISI) are a plus.
